Impressed with Tuggs
Really impressed with Tuggs – we have a sensitive labradoodle that has not reacted well to several big brands, but this has worked a treat. Sustainability a bonus too

Tuggs as good as raw!
At Mordor Gundogs we have been breeding and training dogs for over 16 years and have been delighted with the results our dogs are seeing whilst eating Tuggs!

Storage

Our boxes are insulated so that the frozen pouches can stay fresh all day – so don’t worry if you’re not in when the courier delivers the box. Simply place the pouches in the freezer when you can. Our pouches can stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days too, so we recommend putting some in the fridge, and the rest in the freezer. Simply swap out a pouch a day from the freezer to the fridge as each pouch is gobbled up. Once opened, Tuggs’ pouches should be fed within 2 days.

Transitioning

Transitioning

Transitioning your pup onto Tuggs should be done gradually, and our nutritionist has created the above guideline for you to follow. We suggest that a small volume of Tuggs is mixed in with your dog’s current food, incrementally increasing the volume each day for 7 days. After a week, your pup should be fine to gobble down a whole portion of Tuggs!

Feeding Guidelines

Each doggie’s feeding requirements will differ based on their activity level, build and other metrics such as their neutered status and breed. When you sign up for a subscription, we work out exactly how many grams per day your dog needs and create a tailored plan for you. This guide below is based on a dog that is active for an hour a day. Our food is complete and balanced for dogs of all ages.
